Friday, September 20th, Brebeuf walked out along with the rest of the nation protesting to help control climate change. To show their support, many students wore green. Conservation club organized the rally in the front field where they preached about how the government needs to pay attention to the environment or else the world will get worse. The ice caps are melting and we need to stop it or else many species may die. Then after this, they encouraged the participants to write to their representatives asking them to be more attentive to the changes in our climate. After the speech portion of the rally, the protesters began to walk the campus grounds of Brebeuf. It was a successful rally.
